Although the weather has been pretty warm, the snow was still relativelly good. Better conditions than I thought. For us it took about 5 hours with an easy pace and a lunch brake at the second fort. The wind was from the east, so a perfect place to stop for lunch as you passed the fort on the west side and shielded from the wind.
